When you send an artwork inquiry, we collect the name, email address, phone number, note, and artwork interest you choose to submit. The app sends that inquiry by email to the shop owner through an email delivery provider.

The app also collects basic, anonymous usage events, such as page views, catalog views, artwork views, scanner opens, scan detections, and artwork engagement time. These analytics use an anonymous daily session ID stored in your browser and are retained for up to 90 days.

The app may store local preferences in your browser, including theme preference and whether you already sent an inquiry about an artwork.

Only when AR scanning features are enabled, camera access is used on your device for artwork recognition. We do not record or upload camera footage.

We use inquiry details to respond to your interest in an artwork. We use anonymous analytics to understand artwork engagement, improve the showcase, and manage the in-shop AR experience.

Inquiry emails go to the shop owner so they can follow up. We use trusted service providers to host the app, store anonymous analytics, deliver traffic securely, and send inquiry emails. These providers process information only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information.

Inquiry submissions are sent by email and are not stored in the app database. Anonymous app analytics are stored in the app database for up to 90 days. Email records may remain in normal shop email systems as part of ordinary business correspondence.

You can decline camera permission and still browse the catalog. You can clear this app's local browser storage in your browser settings. To ask about your information, contact [email protected].

This app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date is June 20, 2026.
