Little J #19

The Little J's are an extension of The Journey, transforming a single story into a collection of evolving moments. Each piece represents a fragment of a larger narrative, capturing experiences, emotions, and discoveries that continue to shape who we become. While each work stands on its own, together they reveal the beauty of a life that is constantly unfolding. I created The Little J's with the idea that no journey is ever fixed. Like our memories, perspectives, and experiences, these works can be rearranged, rotated, and viewed from different angles, allowing new relationships and meanings to emerge each time. This flexibility reflects the way our understanding of life changes over time. The same experience can reveal something entirely different depending on where we stand in our own journey. The vibrant colors, bold lines, and rhythmic forms connect each piece to the larger visual language found throughout my work. Together they celebrate movement, curiosity, and the freedom to embrace change. Rather than searching for a single interpretation, the collection encourages viewers to participate in the creative process by discovering their own connections between the individual works. At its heart, The Little J's is a reminder that life is built from countless small moments. While we often focus on defining milestones, it is the seemingly ordinary experiences, the conversations, choices, acts of kindness, and unexpected detours, that ultimately shape who we become.
